These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and zbz. By accessing zbz.bio, registering an account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. To register a zbz account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number as your primary account identifier; (c) provide accurate personal information including your full legal name and date of birth; (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law; and (e) not be a current or former employee, director, agent, or affiliate of zbz or any of its technology, payment, or gaming providers. zbz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

🔑Account Credentials and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. zbz will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in with your credentials — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. 👤One Account Per User

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one active zbz account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. zbz reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (b) the payment account has not been verified as belonging to the account holder; (c) the transaction would take the account balance below zero; or (d) a chargeback, dispute, or reversal has been initiated on a prior deposit. Accounts subject to active investigations may have withdrawals suspended until the investigation is concluded.

📌Bonus Eligibility

To be eligible for any zbz bonus, you must: (a) have a verified, active zbz account in good standing; (b) meet the minimum deposit requirement specified for that bonus; (c) opt in to the promotion if opt-in is required; and (d) not have a self-exclusion or account restriction active at the time of the promotion. Where automated software use is detected, zbz reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period, close the account, and retain all funds held therein pending investigation.

zbz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is associated with fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; (c) the user has failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable time; (d) the account is inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) zbz is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority. Where an account is closed for reasons attributable to the user's breach of these Terms, zbz reserves the right to void all pending bets and retain the account balance as partial compensation for administrative costs and losses arising from the breach.

📁Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your zbz account at any time by contacting zbz live support. Before closure is processed, any pending bets must be settled, any outstanding withdrawal requests must be completed, and your account balance must be zero or withdrawn to your registered payment account. zbz will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days of receipt, provided all the above conditions are satisfied. Accounts closed under self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service resulting from: platform downtime or technical failures; delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; errors or omissions in sports betting market data; or any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
